LED SIGN PARTS AND ONSITE LABOR WARRANTY
COVERS ALL COMPONENTS:

LED's, Power Supplies, Cooling Fans, Internal Components, CPU Unit, Software, Communications & Cabinet.

Five Year Limited Warranty warrants LED Displays and the associated products against any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years (warranty period) to the original purchaser. This warranty covers both parts and on-site labor when the product is used in accordance with normal practice upon acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herein. The warranty period begins immediately on the date the display is shipped.

The warranty’s validity is contingent upon the meeting of all obligations and commitments per the terms of the sales agreement for each display.

1. We will provide a free parts exchange or in-house labor for all components found to be defective pursuant to the terms stated herein.

2. We are responsible for the on-site labor that may be required to access the components or to service the display on the installation structure.

3. We agree to respond to a replacement parts request in a timely and responsible manner in accordance with published product support policies.

4. This warranty limits the liability and obligation to repair or replacement of defective components, at its discretion. In no event shall we be held liable for any damages, including loss of income, other incidental or consequential damages regardless of the nature of the claim, or deemed to be in default of its obligations under this warranty, for any delay in providing service and or repaired or replacement parts.

5. This warranty specifically does not cover conditions or damages that arise from the following and will provide notification thereof promptly after the initial inspection of the defective components.

• Damages caused by or resulting from any act of negligence, omission, abuse, or misuse of the display by any party.

• Damages caused by or resulting from any act of God, vandalism, fire, lightning, smoke, power surge, water abuse, or accident related occurrences.




6. We reserve the right to determine the legitimacy of a service or parts request based on records, inspection of defective component(s) and information provided by the registered owner or Dealer.

7. The LED Sign Company hereby represents and warrants that it has not entered into any agreements or commitments which are inconsistent with or in conflict with the rights outlined in the Sales Agreement; and that the product shall be free and clear of all liens and encumbrances.

8. We agree that we the Dealer shall be entitled to pass through to customers all warranties granted by manufacturer. Dealer shall cause manufacturer standard limited warranty and other terms included with each product to be passed on to customers. Such warranty shall commence upon shipment by the manufacturer.

9. The manufacturer makes no other warranties with respect to the products or any services and disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, no infringement and fitness for a particular purpose, or arising from a course of dealing, usage or trade practice.
